About Me

My name is Melody. I have worked in behavioral health, medical-surgical, and long-term care. After graduation, I took part in the Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses (StaRN) program. I plan to get my Master’s degree and will be working towards becoming a family nurse practitioner.

I am married and have 3 dogs and 2 cats. I also have a mini-farm with chickens and goats. When I am not in school I love to be outdoors (when it’s warm) and travel around the country. I will be moving to Arizona within the next couple years and living the desert life.

I am taking the higher path and determining which road will take me there. Join me in my nursing travels!
